ELCA College Values

Our college values

All the ELCA colleges are centered on the same core values. These include a commitment to small class sizes, attention to individual students, delivery of financial aid and developing the whole person.

We also want to evaluate how well we are instilling these values and delivering these services. We recently completed a survey of our alumni, and alumni of flagship state universities to determine how effectively our programs are in helping us reach our goals. The affirmative responses from alumni (gold are Lutheran alumni, green are state university alumni) are indicated below for several key questions.
